Santa Paul is a Real Bearded Santa from Warwick, Rhode Island. Mr. & Mrs. Claus recently celebrated their 44th wedding anniversary. They have 2 grown children, Justine and Michael, and amazing grandchildren, Juliet, Darcy, Evan, Health, Ben, Conrad, and twin angels John and Thomas in heaven.

Santa is a former Warwick Firefighter/EMT, retired in 2005 with the rank of Lieutenant. He is a retired college baseball coach (2 years at Roger Williams College, 8 years at Providence College).

Santa Paul is a RI Certified Teacher. After teaching 38 years Santa retired in June, 2015. Santa spent the last 34 years teaching Physical Education at St. Peter's School in Warwick (Grades Preschool thru Grade 8).

Santa is also a trained volunteer for the Warwick Police Department as a member of the City of Warwick Juvenile Hearing Board appointed by the City Council for 22 years.

Santa can be seen across the state umpiring in numerous baseball leagues.


Santa makes official stops at Blithewold Mansion in Bristol, Seasons of New England Nursery in Warwick and with the Governor of Rhode Island he lights the official state Christmas tree at the RI State House Holiday Celebration.

Santa loves to visit schools, nursing homes and daycares including St. Peter’s, St. Kevin’s, St. Rose of Lima, West Shore Health Center, Morgan Health Center, Little Red Hen, Farm House, Light House, Gingerbread, Candy Cane, Western Cranston, Imagination Station, Club House, Joyful Noise, Giving Tree and others.

In the past Santa has visited the Boston Red Sox Open House at Fenway Park and the US Coast Guard Exchange at Otis Air Force Base, Cape Cod, MA.

Santa does many private house parties where he will tell stories, read books and has milk and cookies. (Priceless!)

Santa recently attended the North East Santa Convention with over 80 professional Santas to learn, network and share knowledge.

The Official Santa Claus Oath states that you promise to create happiness, listen to dreams and know the “Real Reason for the Season”. And to these principles Santa Paul is truely dedicated.
